Preventing burn-out in teachers

The pandemic was a challenging year for all of us. The education system is also affected significantly. Our founder-director, Dr. Mridula Apte took a session with teaching professionals from Fergusson college, Pune to understand and prevent burnout. Teachers face both a significant workload as well as an emotional, very ethical and passionate approach towards their profession. An interesting and important discussion followed the lecture.

Empowering Househelp

It is crucial that access to mental wellness is available for all. This program is specifically for house help (maids) and aims at bridging the gap between different stratas of society, while offering a safe and non judgemental space for these women to reach out, talk, ask questions and learn. Experts from allied fields are called and help and guidance is offered.
