Dr. Mridula Apte

Dr. Mridula Apte, our founder-director is a Clinical Psychologist, qualified from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro-sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. She has extensively worked for over 29+ years in clinical, industrial and community settings in different parts of the country including Delhi, Noida, Kolkata and Pune. She has worked as a consultant clinical psychologist at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital in Pune.

Ethically sound expertise and knowledge are at the core of her practice.


As a multifaceted professional, she not only works as a psychotherapist but also is a dedicated teacher, remarkable trainer and a compassionate mentor.

​

Her vision is to help students to sharpen their clinical skills in tune with the formal training to cater to the increasing demands of the society. She also believes in making these services economically viable to enhance its accessibility for people.

Swaroopa Barve
Consultant Psychologist

Swaroopa Barve, a Consultant Psychologist, excelled in Clinical Psychology at Pune University, securing the top rank. She did her doctoral research with a JRF with the focus on psychopathology in the field of performing arts. Her focus lies in assisting young adults, leveraging her expertise in therapies like DBT, CBT, and Psycho-Dynamic Therapy. Alongside her professional pursuits, she boasts over two decades of experience as a performer in Indian Classical music. She has served as a consultant psychologist at PICT.

Recognizing the intersection of music and psychology, she initiated 'कलाकार' (Kalakaar), a specialized clinic catering to the mental health needs of artists. Through Kalakaar, Swaroopa aims to offer tailored support to performers, addressing their unique challenges and enhancing their overall well-being.

Mrinmayee Vaishampayan 
Community Outreach Consultant 

Mrinmayee has completed her master's in Clinical Psychology from Pune University. She has Studied and worked in varied areas of mental health, education, research, and media.

 

Interested in collaborating the knowledge of these three domains for child and community development, in remote community centers even across the country.

​

Research and development in education, working with media as a tool for information and awareness building, and mental health and wellbeing-related interventions are the core areas of interest.
