 COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS

Raising awareness about mental health and getting more people to seek help is extremely crucial in our country. This program is volunteer driven and focussed on creating content and reaching out to the community at large, to empower, enable and equip them with practical techniques and ways to access help.

It also aims to increase the sensitivity about mental health across the masses, and help them to understand that mental well being is as or even more crucial than physical well being. Read more here

STUDY CLUB FOR SKILL ENHANCEMENT

Our centre aims to empower future mental health professionals by creating a platform for them to learn from each other. Academic activities like case conferences, journal discussions and study circles are taken up at the Centre.

A space for a group discussion of this kind will enrich individual's knowledge and give them opportunities to network with others in the field of mental health - so together we can impact as many lives as possible

AWARENESS THROUGH
MENTAL HEALTH DAYS

We did several activities leading upto Mental Health Day 2019 and 2020. For the theme of suicide prevention in 2019 given by WHO, we organized awareness rallies in our area and answered questions, gave out valid information and useful pointers. Move for Mental Health as the theme for 2020, we had short free OPD sessions open for one and all, thereby easing access for people to reach out. See more pictures in our gallery!
